You can access the Incident Timeline by visiting the Incident Details page in the web app and the timeline will be displayed on the right-hand side of the page.
The Incident Timeline will display the timeline of the incident in reverse chronological order as to:
(a) when the incident was first Triggered and Assigned
(b) who Acknowledged it or was it Re-assigned
(c) who Resolved it and when
(d) what message was posted on the StatusPage
(e) by whom and when the Postmortem was created
(f) what Action was taken
(g) starred comments from the Notes
Exporting Incident Timeline
The automated timeline serves as a realtime chain of incident resolution activity. It is very useful to create Incident Review reports and you can use the export option to download the incident. Timeline can be exported by clicking on the Download icon at the top right corner of the incident timeline and download in PDF or CSV formats.
You can reveal the exact time of the event in the Incident Timeline by clicking on the approximate time displayed.
