You can define Notification Rules to let Squadcast know that how you want to be notified of the incidents.
You can access the Notification Rules page by clicking on "Notification Rules" from the My Account page.
Once you enter the "Notification Rules" page, you can add new rules to define how and when you want to be notified.
We currently support Email, SMS, Phone Call and Push Notifications.
If you would like to be immediately notified of an incident, then you have to set the time to "0" minutes or else you can define the time limit for how many minutes to wait before notifying you via the specified channel (Email / SMS / Call / Push).
