You can put services on "Maintenance Mode" so that all the incidents created within that time period are automatically pushed to the suppressed state right after getting triggered.
Please note that you will NOT receive any notifications for these suppressed incidents.
On the Siebar click on "Services".
Navigate to the service you want to put on maintenance & click on the 3 dots and select "Maintenance Mode".
Turn on the "Maintenance Mode" and enter the start and end time for the service maintenance and click on "Save" button.
That's it! Your service has now been put on maintenance and you won't receive any notifications for any incidents created within that time period.
The maintenance mode will automatically be turned off after the time period or you can turn it off manually as well.
