Admin Labs is a website monitoring and StatusPage service that can help websites to check downtime, page speed, and domain health.
Route detailed alerts from Admin Labs to the right users in Squadcast.
Navigate to Services -> Service Overview -> select or search for your Service. Expand the accordion -> In the Alert Sources section, click Add.
2. Select Admin Labs. Copy the displayed Webhook URL to configure it within Admin Labs. Finish by clicking Add Alert Source -> Done.
Important:
When an alert source turns Active, it’ll show up under Configured Alert Sources. You can either generate a test alert from the integration or wait for a real-time alert to be generated by the Alert Source. An Alert Source is active if there is a recorded incident via that Alert Source for the Service.
(1) Login to your Admin Labs dashboard. Under the Website Monitoring tab, select Monitors and click on either of the 3 options shown in the picture below.
(2) Once the Monitor is setup then under the Webhook tab, paste the previously copied Squadcast Webhook URL in the Webhook parameters placeholder and click on Save monitor
That's it, you are good to go! Your Admin Labs integration is now complete.
Whenever Admin Labs fires an alert, an incident will be created in Squadcast for it.
Also, when the monitor is UP in Admin Labs, the corresponding incident gets auto-resolved in Squadcast.
