You can view the Incident details page by clicking on any incidents from the Incident Dashboard.

The Incident Details page will display the details of the incident such as its current status, its title and description, when it was triggered, who it is currently assigned to, which service it impacts, where it was triggered and the actions you can take on the incident.

You can use the buttons on the bottom to take possible actions on the incident such as Acknowledge, Re-assign or Resolve the incident.

You can also use the other tabs to view the Incident Timeline and Incident War Room.
