Search requires some basic commands to work with. Once in search, autocompletes can be provided with
CTRL + SPACE to view autocomplete. Access search helps within search by typing in
?:. To execute a command use
CMD + ENTER for Mac and
CTRL + ENTER for windows.
GOTO enables for instant navigation. Open up goto with (CMD/CTRL + SHIFT + K) and type in the route you want to navigate. GOTO has a profile section, you can add in the team members' email and it will navigate to respective profile.
Now you can navigate to integration documents directly through the search. Type in
help: and the docs you want to search.

You can search for Postmortems through Incident Number, Incident Message and Description, Impacted Service, Created After, Created Before and Postmortem Content.
messagequery looks for a string match in the Incident Title and the Postmortem Content.

Search also provides history of queries. Search history is specific to a user with respect to the organization.
